Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Our team will evaluate the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.

Exchange Requests

Exchange requests may be accepted within 7 days of delivery approval, depending on the type of order and product condition.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customized & Special Orders

Customized products, personalized items, academy orders, team orders, and special production requests are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
• Customized or personalized products
• Wholesale/B2B orders
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error from KROLIN®.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and customized production processes, refunds are generally not offered once an order has been processed or approved.
